About

Natural curiosity and a desire to serve others have been the guiding principles shaping my professional life.   I have spent over 15 years working in Human Resources helping leaders and teams identify what truly matters to them and then helping them actualize it.  This takes many forms from supporting large-scale culture change to individual development and everything in between.

Being able to listen deeply to what is said and unsaid, see the big picture and all the interconnected pieces and knowing the energy required to implement and sustain real change are all skills that I bring to coaching.

In a coaching relationship with me, you will experience a highly intuitive and non-judgmental ally.  You will feel championed and seen.  With earned trust I will help you see your blind spots and overcome self-limiting beliefs and barriers to help you become more fully you.  And there is a good chance that we will share some laughs along the way.

My Bachelors degree is in Organizational Psychology and I have my Senior Professional in Human Resources (S.P.H.R.) certificate.  I have studied Co-Active Coaching at The Coaches Training Institute and expect to be completed with the certification program, the gold standard of certification programs, in late 2017.  For more information about Co-Active coaching please click here.

I have had the fortune of getting to work in global corporations with people from many different cultures and backgrounds and love the diversity that it provides.

I have lived in San Francisco for the past 9 years.  When not coaching you will find me listening to a podcast, buried in a book or deepening my yoga practice.
